SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com account(s), without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com to all email addresses on record.

Members have the right to cancel their GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or credits  will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

You can receive a refund  up to 30 days from purchase.  Refund balance will be determined by how much of the package you have used and how long you used  the upgraded account. Balance

of monies due shall be paid than back tot he member. NO REFUND shall be given for credits that have been used.

Commissions not claimed within 30 days of reaching payout will be paid out in advertising to the member.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) may do so.

Cancellation of any subscription(s) may result in the immediate termination of all related accounts (downgrade to free status), regardless of the last successful payment date. GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account. • Overall content based on a language other than English
• Live Agent sites

If any of these types of sites are found in the exchange, GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com reserves the right to immediately suspend the site, and all credits assigned will be deleted from the account.

The decision of GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com in these matters is final and not subject to debate. In extreme cases or in the case of repeat offender, GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com also reserves the right to terminate the account of the owners of such sites

Only one account per user or IP address is permitted.

Only user user per account. YOU must surf to earn credits, you cannot have friends, family or employees surf for you. If you do not want to surf you can buy credits.

Promoting GeneralenTrafficEmpire.com using "paid to sign up" sites is NOT allowed.

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion. And if your e-mail bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.
